Optimizing the Role of the Transfer Center at the Stroke Hub

Learning Outcomes:

1. As a result of this activity, learners will be able to give examples of strategies to optimize their transfer center's communication for stroke transfers.
2. As a result of this activity, learners will be able to recognize the need for policy support to allow emergent stroke transfers for higher level of care during peak capacity times.
3. As a result of this activity, learners will be able to integrate 1-2 new strategies into their transfer center process for stroke.
