Nurses’ and Patients’ Perceptions of Complementary and Integrative Health (CIH) Modalities in Adult Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Care: A Descriptive DNP Project

Learning Outcomes:

1. Participants will be able to describe at least three complementary and integrative health therapeutic modalities.
2. Participants will be able to articulate the need for increased awareness and integration of CIH therapeutic modalities in TBI care.
3. Participants will be able to identify the implications of CIH therapeutic modalities for TBI neuroscience nursing care, research, and education.
